I just finished editing our new Live Your Dream® brochure—what a project! After months of preparation, proofing and re-proofing, it is now “in the can” and at the printer in France.
I think you will love it. It has a new size and we revised the format. (I gave you a sneak preview in my most recent blogs when describing some villas that would be perfect places to stay while attending our November St. Barth Properties Party.)
The catalog will be on the island when you arrive and I am working on making an electronic brochure for our website. Stay tuned…
In the meantime, I am taking a mini-break. Some of you know that I am a HUGE New England Patriots fan and I have season tickets. Mind you, I am not a fair weather fan; I go to all of the home games even if it is raining, snowing or freezing cold. I went to London last year to see them play at Wembley and I even left sunny St Barth to go to freezing Gillette Stadium for the playoffs. Everyone said I was nuts and seeing as it was all over for the Pats in the first 17 seconds, they may have been right. Oh yes, I have attended all of the Super Bowls in which they played (I try to block out memories of Arizona). I wear my heart on my sleeve and although the experts may disagree, both Tom and Wes are on my Fantasy Football team. Therefore, I cannot plan any trips until the NFL has released the schedule.
Note the shirt: My staff gave it to me at our 2008 Christmas party because in 2009 we would be celebrating St Barth Properties’ 20th Anniversary. (Thus, the significance of the #89). Off went my Brady Shirt and on went my St. Barth shirt. I have been wearing this one ever since.
Well, it is the bye week, so off I go! Steve and I are in Turkey. (Steve was a history major in college but when he graduated, he found out there wasn’t much call for that major in the professional world, so he went back to school to do his pre-med and then went to dental school.) We will be visiting lots of historic places and are looking forward to it.
I will keep our St. Barth Properties November Party in my mind and I will still post some blogs while I am away.
